The young men at House of Eli apprentice under experienced supervisors and mentors who help them build skills that will last a lifetime, all while providing quality service to our customers.

Through Eli Bros, our guys gain hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, fencing, moving, and customer service. Our resale store, Still Charming, located at 125 N. Travis, provides opportunities to learn retail sales, computer skills, and merchandising. Our dog boarding and daycare facility, What's Up Dawg, located at 400 W. Houston St., gives them experience in animal care, kennel operations, customer service, scheduling, and daily business operations.

These learning environments are about more than building skills. They teach responsibility, teamwork, and pride in a job well done. Through real-world experience, our guys grow into dependable employees with the confidence to succeed.
