The Choice 2026 Audition Form

Must be submitted prior to the audition. Auditions will be held at:

Thank you for choosing to participate in The Choice Invitational 2026! We know your time is valuable, and we’re grateful

you’re sharing your talent to make this event special.

1. Music – If you have accompaniment, they must bring their own instruments. A keyboard will be available at the

prep sessions, and a piano will be available at the Ballroom. Music must be submitted to our sound team via

phone or jump drive.

2. Contestant Bio, Consent form, and Headshot – Please fill out your Bio and Contestant Consent Forms prior to

your audition here on the website or a paper form and email to events.houseofeli@gmail.com These will be used for social media, programs, and

promotional materials. Headshots will be taken the night of your audition.

3. Prep Sessions – You must attend one of the mandatory prep sessions. The song you audition with should be the

song you practice during the prep session and sing the night of The Choice. No song substitutions can be made

without approval. All songs must be no longer than 3.5 minutes.

4. Dress Rehearsal – A mandatory dress rehearsal will be held on February 21st starting around 4:00 PM. All

contestants must attend. If you’re unavailable, you may be disqualified. A box lunch, water, and refreshments will

be provided. During intermission (~8:00 PM), enjoy our dessert bar.

5. Awards – Judges will select a Judges’ Choice winner, and the audience will vote for a People’s Choice winner by

purchasing votes. Encourage your supporters to attend and vote! Judges’ Choice (Adult) wins $1,000; People’s

Choice (open to all contestants) wins $500.

6. Seating – Contestants will sit in a designated area during their performance block. Friends and family must

purchase general admission tickets. Sponsorships include premium seating near the stage—email us for details.

7. Mission – This event supports House of Eli. Please take time to learn about our mission and share it with your community.
